Court agrees Brian Flores’ suit vs. NFL, 3 teams can go to trial

As reported by ESPN, a federal appeals court has ruled that Brian Flores’ racial discrimination lawsuit against the NFL and three teams can proceed in court. EEP Law attorney John Elefterakis, part of Flores’ legal team, welcomed the decision as a significant step towards fairness, transparency and accountability.
