Albert Kim, Esq. is an experienced litigator with an extensive history of representing plaintiffs who sustained serious and traumatic injuries due to the negligence and/or malpractice of others. True to the spirit of this law firm, Mr. Kim believes in the zealous advocacy of all matters to ensure his clients receive the justice and compensation they deserve. Mr. Kim further believes that developing a strong bond of trust with his clients is essential for effective litigation.

Mr. Kim is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey. After graduating from law school, Mr. Kim served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Doris Ling-Cohan, who has since been appointed to the Appellate Term, First Department. Mr. Kim then honed his litigation skills in the area of personal injury during his employment with several personal injury law firms throughout the New York City area.

Mr. Kim hails from Los Angeles, California where he was born and raised. However, he found his home here in New York City during law school and he cannot imagine living anywhere else.

EDUCATION & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Mr. Kim is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, class of 2005, where he double-majored in Legal Studies and Political Science. He obtained his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2010. While a student in law school, Mr. Kim co-founded the Korean American Law Students Association, which is still active to this day. Mr. Kim was selected for the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys’ Top 10 Under 40 award from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Kim was selected to Super Lawyers® Rising Stars since 2017.
