For decades, Devon Reiff has been helping those who have been injured and suffered harms and losses as result of others' negligence. From a young age Devon was no stranger to tragedy. His father sadly passed away in a car accident while Devon himself endured a car and motorcycle accident resulting in multiple bone fractures and surgeries requiring long hospital stays.
These life-changing catastrophes equipped Devon with an unmatchable level of empathy, knowing first-hand what it is like to go through both physically and mentally challenging times. He’s weaponized this resilience in the courtroom and thoroughly prepares his clients for what’s to come.
Since being inducted into the Fordham University Athletic Hall of Fame for both swimming and water polo Devon has applied his competitive spirit to the way he practices law. His strong willpower and determination to hold wrongdoers accountable is what led him to such great success over 40 years.
For more than 10 years as a trial lawyer at a leading NYC construction accident law firm Devon obtained multi-million-dollar jury verdicts and settlements for that firms’ clients who were members of construction trade unions, including structural-steel ironworkers, ornamental ironworkers, laborers, steamfitters, lathers, bridge painters, carpenters, and other injured individuals.
Since becoming of counsel to the law firm of Elefterakis Elefterakis & Panek, he’s reinvigorated and passionately engaged to his life-long commitment of bettering the lives of his clients and community.
