Aggeliki Nikolaidis is a dedicated advocate for individuals facing discrimination and sexual harassment, bringing a strong background in employment law and civil rights litigation. Licensed to practice in New York and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, her practice focuses on matters involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the New York State and City Human Rights Laws. Before joining EEP, she served as a Lead Attorney at a high-volume plaintiff-side employment discrimination firm and has successfully handled numerous mediations and settlement conferences, most recently securing a significant victory in February 2024 before District Judge Hon. Gary R. Brown in a workplace sexual harassment and retaliation case.
