David has dedicated his career to advocating for the rights of injured New Yorkers after witnessing injustice firsthand while covering local politics in Queens. He began his legal career at a Brooklyn personal injury firm representing clients against large corporations. Born in Cali, Colombia, and raised in Queens, David is bilingual (English/Spanish) and now leads one of EEP Law’s discovery teams, securing millions of dollars for his clients.
