Baree N. Fett has built her career fighting for the rights of others. Ms. Fett began her career representing victims of workplace and healthcare discrimination in federal and state courts under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act. She later joined the New York City Law Department, where she defended the City and its agencies in civil rights cases and was promoted to Senior Counsel, supervising and training staff attorneys. At EEP, she manages the firm’s constitutional practice at both the trial and appellate levels, with a focus on wrongful conviction litigation.
