Gennaro Savastano, a proud son of immigrants, grew up working in his family’s Long Island pizzeria, where he developed a strong work ethic and discipline. He is a Partner on EEP’s Appellate and Complex Motions Team, focused on preserving clients’ hard-earned verdicts on appeal, and previously spent nearly a decade in private practice litigating multidistrict matters in state and federal courts, including the U.S. Courts of Appeals, while serving as President of the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York. Gennaro also clerked for the late Hon. Paul G. Feinman at the Appellate Division and has served as a small claims arbitrator and a reporter for New York’s Pattern Jury Instructions Committee, working alongside judges across the state to draft and refine civil jury charges.

Spent nearly a decade litigating in private practice, working on multidistrict litigations and appearing in state and federal courts, including appellate levels.
