Harris joins the firm, bringing with him over 25 years of experience dedicated to appellate practice. Harris has appeared in every appellate court in New York, including the New York Court of Appeals.

For the past ten years, Harris headed his own law practice concentrating on appeals. In his practice, he regularly collaborated with trial counsel, on both the defense side and the plaintiff side, in all phases of appellate litigation strategy, including the handling of motion practice in both trial and appellate courts. Prior to starting his own practice, Harris was a partner in a national law firm where he co-chaired the firm’s appellate practice group. A former law clerk in the Appellate Division, his name appears on countless appellate decisions that he has briefed and argued.

Harris Zakarin is EEP Law’s Senior Appellate Attorney and lives on Long Island with his wife and three children.
