Michael Siravo, Esq.

Michael Siravo is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island (B.A. 1994) and the Montana School of Law (J.D. 1997), and is admitted to practice in the New York State Bar and related federal courts. Prior to joining EEP Law, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in both the Bronx District Attorney’s Office and the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor of New York, where he successfully tried numerous felony cases involving violent crimes and drug trafficking and managed complex organized crime investigations. A former United States Marine Corps service member (1986–1990), Mr. Siravo brings extensive experience in complex civil litigation, having tried cases across all five boroughs of New York and federal courts involving matters such as insurance coverage, labor law, civil rights, construction law, and premises liability.
