Born and raised in Chile to a family of Italian heritage, Constanza completed her legal education there before relocating to New York in 2018 to pursue her legal career. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, Constanza joined the firm in 2021, completed an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2024, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in May 2025. She is committed to serving the Latino community throughout the New York metropolitan area and advocating for Latino clients and Latin American women attorneys within the New York legal profession.
