Five women from New York were denied service at a Denny’s restaurant in Pennsylvania while other customers were still being seated. They were singled out and turned away because of their race. Their case highlights concerns about unequal treatment and the basic expectation that all customers should be served fairly. EEP Law is proud to stand by their side.
