Andrew is an accomplished civil litigator with over fifteen years of experience both defending and prosecuting construction accident and premises liability claims.

Prior to joining EEP, Andrew was a Partner at a prestigious defense firm, where he defended construction companies and property owners in complex and high-exposure claims.  He understands the “ins and outs” of the insurance industry and utilizes this knowledge to quickly and efficiently pursue claims and negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of his clients  Andrew prides himself on his ability to think “outside the box” and to resolve difficult legal issues and disputes.  He is a native New Yorker, who currently resides in Westchester with his wife and son.
