As a lifelong New Yorker, David is passionate about the City and representing its citizens. It’s a point of pride in his personal injury work for David to be able to represent the rights of the everyday person. While earning his Bachelor’s degree at Rutgers University, holding multiple internship positions in New York City and State government helped David to understand the ins-and-outs of his home state.

In addition to his formal education at New York Law School, David acquired years of experience working at Elefterakis, Elefterakis & Panek prior to becoming an attorney. By holding various positions at the firm, David has a first-hand understanding of every detail and step that goes into building each client’s case. More importantly, David has been able to put his excellent interpersonal skills to use and develop a rapport with many of the firm’s clients. David looks forward to earning the trust of his clients and earning every penny that injured New Yorkers are entitled to.
