Joju is a first generation immigrant from India. He immigrated to New York City with his family and grew up in Syracuse, NY He is a graduate of three time NCAA National basketball champion, Villanova University and Northeastern University School of Law. After Law School, he volunteered for one year with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, where he lived in city Buffalo and volunteered with the Neighborhood Legal Services. It is here where he found an outlet for his desire to help those in need.

Prior to Joining EEP, Joju spent years practicing workers’ compensation and social security disability law.

He has represented injured workers throughout New York City, Long Island and Westchester from the onset of their injury to final resolution of their workers’ compensation cases. In addition, he has successfully represented disabled workers with their Social Security disability claims from application to the hearing level in New York and throughout the country, including Florida, Georgia, and California. He is a passionate advocate for injured workers and those disenfranchised populations who are navigating the morass of bureaucracy that confronts them in their most desperate times as a result of situation that was no fault of their own.
