Inspired by his late grandfather, the Honorable Frank Composto, J.S.C., Kings County, John became an attorney after attending St. John’s University School of Law. He is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia.

Before and during law school, John clerked for a couple of firms where he was introduced to the practice of law. Throughout his career, he has honed his counseling and litigation skills while gaining wisdom and insight from the many diverse and talented attorneys he has worked with over the years. While primarily dedicating himself to representing the seriously injured, he has experience in other areas of law including insurance defense, wills and estates, and real estate, which has made him well-rounded.

John sees 'success' as having a positive impact on a person’s life. To that end, his career has been filled with success, including obtaining millions of dollars in settlements for his seriously injured clients and facilitating transactions that have been life-changing for them. He is especially proud of his representation of two families of victims of the World Trade Center tragedy on September 11, 2001, seeking relief from the Victim’s Compensation Fund. He remembers this as a profound moment in his career.

With his unwavering commitment to having a positive impact on others, John is poised to make a lasting difference at EEP Law.
