Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Philip takes great pride in representing the members of his community. After graduating from the University of Delaware, Philip attended Brooklyn Law School, where his father was a professor for fifty years. While there, he was an award-winning member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Trial Division, a Notes and Comments Editor on Law Journal, and a research assistant, responsible for cite checking and editing New York’s evidence treatise, Prince, Richardson on Evidence. After graduating with honors, he began his legal career representing both municipal and private defendants in complex personal injury actions.
After years of working in litigation, Philip is now committed to helping his fellow New Yorkers in their pursuit of justice. As an attorney with EEP, he works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients through open communication, hard work, and zealous advocacy.
